You may return ordered items in new condition with original packaging within 30 days after receipt (with the exception of clearance items, gift cards and product purchased on sale).

Following instruction, send it back for approval to return the merchandise. Include the number of returned articles and the reason for return, with the reasons stated on the RMA.

Customer must pay for return shipping to Closeup Los Angeles.

Take the parcel, together with the original, filled-in return form to the nearest post office and send it by standard mail. Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference.
